- 1 packet Taco Seasoning (Store-bought or homemade.)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 10 ounces Tortilla Chips (Ensure gluten-free if needed.)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Try pepper jack for a spicy twist.)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Guacamole
- 1/2 cup Salsa (Add after baking.)
- 1/4 cup Jalapeños (Fresh or pickled.)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Green Onions
- 1/4 cup Black Olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until it thickens.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Spoon the seasoned beef mixture over the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately.

- This dish can easily be customized with additional toppings such as olives, cilantro, or hot sauce.
