Description

A delicious Cajun chicken fettuccine pasta dish with bell peppers and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Sauté bell peppers in the same skillet until tender; add minced garlic.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; combine with fettuccine and chicken.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
