- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown.
- Sauté bell peppers in the same skillet until tender; add minced garlic.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted; combine with fettuccine and chicken.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

- Feel free to adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your taste.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
