- 3 oz pink ruby chocolate
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.
- Melt unsalted butter, dark chocolate, and pink ruby chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, whole eggs, and egg yolks until fluffy.
- Gently fold melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until combined.
- Sift in flour and mix gently until no flour streaks remain.
- Pour batter into prepared ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are firm but centers are soft.
- Let cool for one minute before flipping onto plates; serve immediately with whipped cream.
