- 1 bag frozen pierogies
- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Layer pierogies, sausage, and onion in a crockpot.
- Pour sauce over the layers and top with cheddar.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
- Cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
- Add extra cheddar during the last 20 minutes.
- Garnish with herbs and serve.
