Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 3–4 pieces)
- 1 cup fresh scallions (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Chili paste (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the Marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Marinate: Add chicken pieces to the marinade and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Notes
- This dish can be adapted by adding vegetables of your choice.
- Chili paste can be adjusted to taste for spice level.
