Description
A refreshing mocktail made with ripe pears, fresh ginger, and mint, topped with sparkling water or ginger ale.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe pears, quartered
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale
- 6 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash and quarter the pears; remove the cores.
- In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle mint leaves to release their oils.
- Add quartered pears and fresh ginger; mash or blend until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and sparkling water (or ginger ale) until well combined.
- Strain into ice-filled glasses, leaving space at the top.
- Garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of pear.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less lemon juice based on your preference.
- This drink is best served fresh.
