Description

A refreshing mocktail made with ripe pears, fresh ginger, and mint, topped with sparkling water or ginger ale.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe pears, quartered
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water or ginger ale
  • 6 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and quarter the pears; remove the cores.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle mint leaves to release their oils.
  3. Add quartered pears and fresh ginger; mash or blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and sparkling water (or ginger ale) until well combined.
  5. Strain into ice-filled glasses, leaving space at the top.
  6. Garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of pear.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less lemon juice based on your preference.
