Delicious and healthy banana oat muffins made with ripe bananas and chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix eggs and milk into the mashed bananas until frothy.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently, then add chocolate chips.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure bananas are fully ripe for the best sweetness.
- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
