- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, add the Jiffy Cornbread Mix.
- Stir in the cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, mixing evenly.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Pour the cornbread mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.
- Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for about 5-10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve warm.
