Delicious mini sliders made with ground beef and topped with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 12 mini slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese (halved)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
- 12 pickle slices
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shape ground beef into 12 small patties about 2 inches wide and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high and add butter or oil. Cook patties 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- In the final 30 seconds, place half a slice of cheddar on each patty. Cover pan to melt the cheese.
- Toast slider buns lightly with butter in the same skillet or oven.
- Assemble each slider with lettuce, patty, tomato slice, and pickle. Cap with the top bun.
- Secure with toothpicks and serve immediately.
Notes
- These sliders are perfect for gatherings and can easily be doubled for larger crowds.
