Description
A refreshing drink perfect for relaxation before bedtime.
Ingredients

- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
- 1/4 cup tart cherry juice
- 1/4 teaspoon magnesium citrate powder (see notes)
- 1/4 cup lime-flavored sparkling mineral water or flavored prebiotic soda, chilled
Instructions
- Juice the lime into a glass. Add ice, if using.
- Pour in the cherry juice and magnesium powder and stir gently to combine.
- Top the drink with your choice of flavored sparkling water or prebiotic soda, and stir once more.
- Serve immediately (preferably about 30-60 minutes before bedtime).

- Magnesium citrate powder can be found in health food stores or online.
