Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, sea salt, black pepper, and ground cumin until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the sweet potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 13–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cubes are golden and crisp on the outside and tender inside.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
