A delicious layered dessert made with cookie butter, heavy cream, and graham crackers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cookie butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups graham crackers (about 10 full sheets)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in cookie butter until fully combined.
- In a serving dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom, followed by a generous layer of the cookie butter mixture.
- Repeat layering with remaining graham crackers and cookie butter mixture until you reach the top.
- Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For best results, allow the dessert to set overnight.
- Can be decorated with additional whipped cream or cookie crumbs before serving.
