Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz Lobster Ravioli (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- optional Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster ravioli and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they float, indicating they’re done. Drain the ravioli, saving a bit of pasta water for later.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
- Stir in lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and heavy cream. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly, becoming luscious and creamy.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and velvety.
- Gently add the cooked lobster ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. If needed, use the reserved pasta water to achieve your desired sauce consistency.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes over the dish before serving.
- This dish pairs well with a light salad or garlic bread.
