Description

A delicious and creamy lobster ravioli recipe that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz Lobster Ravioli (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • optional Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster ravioli and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they float, indicating they’re done. Drain the ravioli, saving a bit of pasta water for later.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and golden.
  3. Stir in lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and heavy cream. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly, becoming luscious and creamy.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and velvety.
  5. Gently add the cooked lobster ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat them in the sauce. If needed, use the reserved pasta water to achieve your desired sauce consistency.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes over the dish before serving.
  • This dish pairs well with a light salad or garlic bread.
