Description

A simple and delicious recipe for overnight oats that can be customized with your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup rolled Old Fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (2%, oat milk, or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Toppings ideas: berries, banana slices, diced apple, peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, toasted nuts, dried fruit, maple syrup, etc.

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt in a jar with a cover and stir or shake to combine.
  2. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Add toppings and enjoy! If you’d like, you can also microwave the jar for about 40 to 60 seconds.
