Description

Ingredients

  • 10 oz can Rotel Tomatoes (original or mild)
  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese (cubed)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef (optional, cooked and drained)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan on low heat, add cubed Velveeta cheese and drained Rotel tomatoes. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
  3. Mix in sour cream until fully combined.
  4. If using ground beef, stir it into the cheese mixture until evenly blended.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy warm with tortilla chips.
