- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (Can substitute with coconut oil.)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (Optional but recommended for extra flavor.)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (Optional.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, if using.
- Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, scoop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches between cookies.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before dusting with powdered sugar and transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
