Description

Ingredients

  • 4 grouper fillets (68 oz each)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili or red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pat grouper fillets dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the seasoned grouper for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion until translucent. Add ginger and garlic; cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in red chili, coconut milk, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Serve the grouper topped with the sauce and garnished with cilantro and fruit slices.
